Starting out as a production assistant on Dallas indie sets, RG quickly shifted into art direction for global agencies before returning to his first love: filmmaking. Today he pairs a designer’s eye with the technical chops of a seasoned cinematographer, lensing everything from Western-boot launches with Lainey Wilson to multi-camera interview panels for Intel. His secret weapon is an instinct for framing ordinary moments so they feel cinematic while still maintaining a calm on-set presence that makes even the longest shoot days feel fun.

After a decade producing campaigns for brands like Verizon, Michelin, John Deere and Men’s Wearhouse, Jillian knows how to turn “impossible” timelines & budgets into effortless shoot days. Equal parts left-brain logistics and right-brain collaborator, she builds nimble crews, keeps budgets transparent, and solves problems before clients spot them. When she isn’t wrangling call sheets, you’ll find her chasing Florida sunsets with her husband, two kids, and a wildly adorable mini Aussie.
